# Melbourne Building Management

> Melbourne Building Management (MBM) is a specialist building management company based in Camberwell, Victoria. MBM provides hands-on building management, facility management, compliance, maintenance coordination, cleaning and contractor management, security support, concierge and customer service for residential and commercial strata properties across Melbourne. MBM manages 45+ buildings and is a member of the Facility Management Association of Australia and Strata Community Association (Victoria).

MBM works with owners corporations, owners corporation managers and developers. Services scale from part-time caretaking through to full-time on-site building management teams. MBM also builds its own technology: MBMCloud (operations platform), maintenance intelligence and reporting tools, and the MBM Foyer resident portal. Building data is hosted in Australia.
